Based on the East coast of the island and fully aware of the natural wealth endowed by Mother Nature in this hot and humid climate; FALY EXPORT proudly represents the Betsimisaraka region while exploiting its resources. From the export of local products (CG3 cloves, Essential oil, pepper, cinnamon, vanilla) to fresh fruits, sulphured shelled lychees; on the local market (coffee; corn). The company has however expanded its operations in the south for pea, coffee, peanuts and corn export. All this aims at presenting a different image of Madagascar -its slogan.

Collecting
The collecting is done with local producers associations, also involved in their community development

Packaging
The lychee Packaging is done in perforated cartons of 5 Kgs and 2 Kgs with the exporters' logos, contact details, and the Label "Organic" and HOREB meaning Hygiene, Organization, Restoration of Environment. This reflects the company's commitment to establish a Hygiene policy in tandem with the Protection and Restoration of Environment, which starts from the Lychee planting, to fruit picking, transportation and handling, reception and processing, and fruit-packing. It is in this sense that a new Hygiene and Safety Team was created to oversee all contributors involved at all stages.

Palletising
Respecting the normal timing for the product's packaging, the palletising stage takes place just after the carton packaging and trucks then carry the scrupulously checked pallets towards the port to be shipped or to wait in refrigerated containers.
